History
Fatawesome means nothing. They are all from Billerica, Massachusetts, but only some of them are proud of it. The group formed their sophomore year of high school, after discovering a common love for Arnold Schwarzenegger prank phone calls. After tearing through every phonebook and exhausting every soundboard, they formed a new venture known as Technic Techno.
Popular Arnold sound-clips and drugged-out trance music were seamlessly merged into one pulse-pounding album. Technic Techno's debut, Arnold's Techno Anthology, was a local hit. After releasing their follow-up album- Bladderal Damage, Technic Techno faded into obscurity... waiting for some lucky child of the future to discover their albums sealed within a time-capsule.
High School was merely a testing ground for their creations. Every class project turned into an opportunity to make a video that successfully ostracized the majority of students. Even through college, the trio remained bound together by their mutual love for the music of La Bouche and Andrew WK.
After four years of amateur movie-making, they discovered the mecca for off-beat comedians known as the internet. A goal was set- to create a viral video before graduating college. With only a month until graduation, Fatawesome's Turtleboy was featured everywhere from CollegeHumor and Ebaum's World, to G4 and the BBC. Mission accomplished, retirement pending.
After Turtleboy, Fatawesome has been desperately trying to get people's attention, like a spoiled child... with an incredibly awesome sense of humor.
